The Sigma Chi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that provides funding for various philanthropic projects and programs. Over the years, Sigma Chi has supported many different charities, including the American Red Cross, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
In recent years, Sigma Chi has focused its philanthropic efforts on supporting military personnel and their families through the Heroes Campaign. The Heroes Campaign is a partnership between Sigma Chi and the charity Soldiers’ Angels. Through this campaign, Sigma Chi raises funds to supportsoldiers who are deployed overseas, as well as their families who remain at home. Sigma Chi’s Philanthropy Efforts
The Sigma Chi Fraternity has a long-standing commitment to philanthropy through our partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Our fraternity has raised over $20 million dollars since we began our partnership in 1991, and we continue to support this great cause through multiple initiatives each year.
One of our most successful philanthropy events is our annual Derby Days event, which is a multi-day festival that includes a variety of fun activities and games. All proceeds from Derby Days go directly to support the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. We are also proud to offer our Sigma Chi Miracle Match program, which allows donors to have their contributions matched by the Sigma Chi Fraternity Foundation.
We are committed to supporting the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and their mission to provide life-saving treatment and care for kids across the country. We are proud to partner with such a great organization, and we encourage everyone to get involved in supporting this worthy cause.
